Need clarification for: on-site round rules

Dear Jannes,
Could you please clarify the rules for the final round of the event? The guidelines state that "in‑person at Bradford Live is mandatory for all team members". Consider the scenario: the team has five members, but on 11/20, one or more members may not be able to attend due to a scheduling conflict, force majeure events, etc. What are the rules for such a case? Will the team be disqualified if one member is absent?
